Pre-treatment: After alkaline washing, degreasing, pickling, chromization, and then non-ionic water to clean the loose oxide film and remaining impurities on the surface of the aluminum plate, the surface is cleaned and a chromium film is formed on the surface to increase itself .Its corrosion resistance also enhances the adhesion to paint.
Spraying: Fourteen high-voltage electrostatic guns spray the fluorocarbon coating evenly on the surface of the aluminum plate in a dust-free and enclosed environment. The coating has uniform color, small color difference, good color saturation, strong adhesion, wear resistance, and stable quality.
