The dimensions of the panels are limited to a minimum length of 500mm and a maximum length of 6000mm, while the width ranges from 500mm to 2000mm.

To enhance the appearance and durability of the panels, various surface treatment options are available. These include PVDF coating with 2, 3, or 4 layers, which can be provided by reputable manufacturers such as AkzoNobel and PPG. Additionally, there is the option of powder coating using either standard powder or fluorocarbon powder. For a more natural and textured look, wood grain finishes can be achieved through the use of wood grain paper, thermal transfer printing, or wood grain painting. Similarly, stone grain finishes can be achieved through stone grain painting or thermal transfer printing.
